Returns & Exchanges

At Classy Sassy Gems, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

• Notification Period: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to initiate a return. A replacement exchange will be available if more than seven days have passed.
• Return Window: Once you’ve notified us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s).
• Conditions: Items must be original, unused with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or other pierced jewelry.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
