Returns & Exchanges

At Classy Sassy Gems, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

• Notification Period: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item if you would like to initiate a return. A replacement exchange will be available if more than seven days have passed and if the product is available.
• Return Window: Once you’ve notified us, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s). Customer will be charged a restock fee of $7.99.
• Conditions: Items must be original, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on earrings or other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons. Clothing must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
